Return & Refund Policy
At Filo Clothing, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the terms mentioned below.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.
Please note that return shipping charges must be borne by the customer, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@filoclothing.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- A brief explanation of the problem
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or discount offers
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Products showing signs of use, washing, wear, or damage after delivery
- Items returned without original tags or original packaging
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different size or product, you may place a new order separately after your return request for the original item is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that banks, UPI providers, or card issuers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
